Notes: Goal with strength is to fatigue legs and increase heart rate before every set to imitate catching a heavy clean. Try and get through the mountain climbers fast and focus on keeping core tight and using legs on the push press.
LeanFit: Try and keep both movements at a steady pace throughout. Goal is to his the same number of calories on the bike every time and you’ll only be able to do that if you go straight back and forth between movements without taking long rest breaks.
