AMRAP 36:

  • 200m Run

  • 50 KB Russian Twists (53/35)

    (Russian twist is 50 reps of touching 1 side with KB (25 reps touching both sides). Both feet must be off ground and KB (or medball for modifiers) must touch ground to count)

  • 400m Run

  • 40 American KB Swings (53/35)

  • 800m Run

  • 30 Wall Balls (20/14 & 10’/9’)
