Welcome to the Open Prep Cycle! For the next 6 weeks we will be retesting open workouts (every Mon & Fri), maintaining power lifts (Wednesdays), working olympic technique (Mon), flushing and becoming “flexy” (Thursdays), and just all out getting better (every damn day). Commit to pushing yourself this cycle and you’ll be amazed and how much you can improve in such a short time. It’s 2023… and it’s time to get fit!
