WolfPack Notes:  Awesome job on last weeks lifts and runs.  The progress made over the past six weeks was amazing!  We saw some firsts throughout the week (pull-ups, muscle ups) and we saw some major PRs on our lifts.  Keep up the good work!

Strength: (Cleans + Pause Front Squats)
Every two minutes for 18 minutes:
2 power cleans + 2 pause front squats
Sets 1-3 @ 50%
Sets 4-6 @ 60%
Sets 7-9 @ 70%
