Every two minutes for 12 minutes complete:

1 snatch pull + 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch (with a 2 second pause in receiving position)

Set 1-2= 70%

Set 3-4 = 75%

Set 5-6 = 80%

 

WOD: “Fountain of Youth”

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes complete:

6 burpees

5 toes to bar

RX: Complete all 11 reps within each minute

 

Cashout- 5 minutes of Double Unders for total reps
