Skill: Double Unders and Handstand Walks

Every two minutes for 10 minutes complete:

 50 foot handstand walk or shoulder taps

50 double unders

 

WOD: “The Abyss" 

4 rounds for time:

400m run

15 burpee box jumps

10 chest to bar pullups

RX: As Written within time cap
Int: Chest to Bar pullups
Scaled: Reduce # of rounds and/or pullups
