WOD: “Cement Mixer”

    Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes complete the following:

        400m Run

        12 Toes to Bar

    Score: Fastest and Slowest Time

        **Note: Athlete should stop at 2:25 of first round if they aren’t finished and only complete that many reps from there on out.
