Gymnasty Work:
Every two minutes for 12 minutes alternate between:
1.) 10-15 Handstand Pushups or Box HSPU
2.) 3 Rope Climbs or Rope Lowers
3.) 4-6 Muscle Ups or Alternate Pulling Skill (pullups, c2b, ring rows, bar mu)
