**Today we will be doing Crossfit Open 17.5!!! We will not know the workout until it is released Thursday night @ 7pm! Just a reminder....there will be NO 4:30 or 5:30 classes at BattleWolf Crossfit this week, but the morning and noon classes will run the same!
