Technique Tuesday: Three Position Cleans (High Hang Clean, Hang Clean, Squat Clean)

**Review the different positions in the clean and help athletes get a better understanding of what each position should feel like.  Major Points: Solid Setup, Loading Hamstrings, Hitting Full Extension, Speed Under the Bar

E2MOM for 14 minutes:

(High Hang, Hang, Full Clean)

**Set 1 should start around 50% and work up by feel from there for the remaining 6 sets**
