WOD: “Not my first Row-deo”
**In teams of two complete as much as possible in a 45 minute window:
2500m row or 3 miles on assault bike
4000m Run
500 double unders/1000 singles
300 wall balls
**Each team can only have access to one bike/rower and can only have one wallball, other than that each memember can work at the same time to accumulate reps/distance. You may choose any order to complete this wod.
