Set 1: 8 reps at 75%

Sets 2&3: 6 reps at 85%

Sets 4&5: 4 reps at 95%

Set 6: 3 reps at 105%

      Use wraps as needed

          Int. Option:

          6 Toes-to-bar

          7 Wall Ball (20/14)

          8 Push-up

                     Sc. Option:

                    6 Knee Raises

                    5 Wall Ball (14/10)

                    6 Push-Up
