100m Waiters Carry (53/35)

100 Deadlifts (155/115)

*One person working at a time on the KB swings and Deadlifts. Both athletes have to do the waiters carry every time... Work on next movement can begin as soon as first person is back inside gym. 

If we have odd number of athletes someone can go solo and scale the KB swings and Deadlifts to 50 of each, or we can have a team of three with one person always rowing 1k then rotating with another team member.
