Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes complete the following:

2 Clean Lift-offs + 1 hang clean high pulls + 1 power clean

**For loading purposes, start around 65% and increase weight by feel.  If you are hitting the correct positions, then continue to increase in weight.

25 Shoulder to Overhead (115/85)

25 Abmat Situps

25 Back Rack Lunges (115/85)

25 Lateral Burpees

25 SDHP (115/85)

**Complete 50 single unders after each movement**
