Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes complete the following:
2 Snatch Lift-offs + 1 hang snatch high pulls + 1 power snatch
**For loading purposes, start around 65% and increase weight by feel. If you are hitting the correct positions, then continue to increase in weight.
