Strength: Tempo Squats
Every two minutes for 12 minutes complete the following:
Set 1 & 2: 4 reps @ 75%
Set 3 & 4: 3 reps @ 80%
Set 5: 2 reps @ 85%
Set 6: 2 reps @ 90%
*These tempo squats will be completed in a 3211 tempo (3 seconds for the descent, 2 second pause at the bottom, 1 second ascent, and 1 second breath at the top.
