1 Legless Rope Climbs + 2 Rope Climbs

        Modified Version:

6 DB Seated Press on Box + :20 Box HS Hold

5 Elevated Ring Rows + :20 Plank Hold

    AMRAP 11:

        30 ft OH Dumbbell Walking Lunges (35/20)

        8 Deficit HSPU (45/35 w/ no mats)

    **Using Lanes for Lunges (down and back)
