Strength: (Three Position Cleans)
Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes complete the following:
High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Squat Clean
Sets 1 & 2: 60%
Sets 3 & 4: 70%
Sets 5 & 6 : 75%
Sets 7 & 8: 80%
*Note: If you are newer to olympic lifting we will be staying at low weight today (No more than 60% of your 1rm) to perfect the different positions.
