400m Run

18 Tough Pulls (Muscle up, Bar Muscle Up, C2B, Pullups, Ring Rows)

400m Run

15 Tough Pulls (Muscle up, Bar Muscle Up, C2B, Pullups, Ring Rows)

400m Run

12 Tough Pulls (Muscle up, Bar Muscle Up, C2B, Pullups, Ring Rows)

**Every time you break, just must run a 200m Run

(25 minute time cap)
