7 Thruster (75/55) 5 reps 4 reps (65/45)
7 Pull-Ups 5 reps 4 reps (jumping)
7 Burpees 5 reps 4 reps
You will partner up and judge each other today. 28 min will most likely be enough to get both people through with enough time to rest between to judge. Make sure everyone gets FULL depth and complete lockout on the thrusters, chin over the bar and arms at full extension at the bottom on the pull-ups, and chest and thighs touch the ground and hips open fully (shoulders stacked over hips) on the burpees! ONLY RX if you typically RX 75% or more of our workouts. Keep your mind strong on this one!
