Baseline Body Measurements: as part of our athlete profile/assessment, we will be taking measurements of height, wingspan, neck, shoulders, biceps, stomach, waist, thighs, arm and leg length, and bodyweight. Participating in these measurements are voluntary, but recommended if you would like to track progress throughout your fitness journey.
