After each movement, perform max burpees until the end of the set. Score is total burpees completed during entire 18 min. You may not do burpees until completing conditioning movement first (unless specified below)

150m Sled Push (90/45 on sled) this is only one where you may perform burpees before doing work and only if you have a partner on the sled first

25 Cal Ski or Bike, pick your poison

200m Plate run (45/35)

125 Double Unders- you must complete 125 double unders in this section before doing any burpees. if you don't have double unders yet, use this time to practice them... or rest if ya wanna be lazy. we won't judge you ;)
