Once complete, you may use the remaining time to make up a benchmark or missed workout from last few weeks or focus on mobility/incorporating what you learned from the Airrosti workshop yesterday. If you are doing the team series, you may also use this time to perform Event 4 (100 cal row, 100 toes to bar) as we will not be doing this during any class times before the submission deadline.
