Starting at 2 reps, adding 2 reps each time you go back to same movement (i.e. 2 burpees 1st minute, 2 thrusters 2nd minute, 4 burpees 3rd minute, 4 thrusters 4th minute....) You may choose which movement you start on.
RX: Must complete 13 full minutes
FrameWork: Thrusters 75/55, burpee any standard
LeanFit: Change strength to 55% and 10 reps of each movement, WOD- 14 min AMRAP of 10 Russian KB Swings (35/26), 8 burpees, 6 KB Goblet Squats, 100m run.
