*Team WOD/Bring a Friend Thursday:

3 Rounds for Time- 40 Min Time Cap

100 Double Unders (each)

75 Hang Cleans (75/55)

50 Box Jump Overs (24/20")

25 Hang Snatch (75/55)

*E3MOM everyone performs 8 jumping lunges. After each round each person may hand out 5 burpees to anyone else in the gym. You may not give to the same person twice.

Scaling Options: First off, try and find a partner with the same weight as you on the barbell so we can have enough room in the gym for bigger classes. If you don't have double unders, you will be doing 300 single unders. Both partners working at same time on jump ropes, cannot start cleans until both partners are done). Everything else will be one person work, one person rest. Scale weight on barbell movements if needed. Scale box jumpovers by box step overs with an air squat on each side. If there are an odd number of people, teams of three can be made where one person is rowing/skiing/biking and they rotate in with teammates every 3 min (must still perform the jumping lunges)
