(Starting light and building to a heavy single for the day)

LF Strength:

Alt.E1:30MOM for 12 minutes

200m Row + 5 Burpees over rower

1:00 Plank Hold (weighted if you choose)

Devils Press (35/20)
DB Box Step Ups (24/20)
2/2, 4/4, 6/6......

FW: Reduce weight as needed

LF: Sub DB Lunge for Box Step Ups (Same rep scheme)
