3 Power Cleans (205/145)

3 Front Squats (205/145)

3 Push Jerks (205/145)

RX: must complete 3 full rounds and first 3 rounds must be done as one complex without setting barbell down

FrameWork: Scale weight to 60% of 1 rep max clean or jerk, whichever is lowest

LeanFit: 3 ManMakers (choose weight… wisely)

*If you do not complete 5 rounds, take 3 rounds off and drop weight then complete 5 full rounds at a lower weight focusing on cycling smoothly
