When did you start crossfitting?
November 2016
How did you hear about BattleWolf Crossfit and why did you decide to start crossfit?
I was looking for another job during a time that I was also looking for a gym to start going to, thankfully I came across BattleWolfs ad. Joining crossfit sounded a little crazy to me but once I tried it out I really loved the intense workouts compared to a regular gym.
What are some of your goals in and outside of crossfit?
Inside of crossfit a couple of my goals are to be able to do consecutive kipping pull ups and to get my one rep max back squat to 200 lbs!
Outside of the gym my current goal is to do extra cardio at least twice a week.
Describe your diet?
I try not to think of myself as being on a diet, instead I like to be able to eat what I like. That being said, I avoid eating out as much as possible and just cook meals at home that are from the fresher and “cleaner” parts of the grocery store!
What/Who motivates or inspires you?
Being able to see transformation pictires of myself really does the job, even if it is just a month apart. It’s an easy way to visually see that all the hard work is paying off.
Every sweet soul at our box inspires me keep on keepin’ on! ☺
What would you tell people who are looking to start crossfit?
Coming from an individual who has never really worked out throughout their life, I would tell them this is perfect for them to join! You come in for an hour, sweat enough for Texas to get out of a drought, then leave feeling incredible.
Hobbies outside of crossfit?
Going to the square with my fit yet fun crossfit friends.
Favorite Motivational Quote and why?
Not a quote, but I do like the definition of the term Work: Actively involving mental or physical effort done in oder to achieve a purpose or result. As long as I continue to work inside and outside of the gym, I WILL achieve my goals!
Favorite Cheat Meal?
Whataburger, not even a question!

I feel like once I start working out I barley pay attention to what song is on, but I do have a preference of rap or anything upbeat and not screamo..
