FrameWork: Scale Weight as needed. Use mats or sub strict press (or push press if needed) for HSPU

LeanFit: 12 min AMRAP- 20 burpees, 40 walking lunge, 60 Air Squats, Max Cal Ski/Row/Bike (in that order of preference) in remaining time
