25 ft DB OH Walking Lunge R arm (50/35)
25 ft DB OH Walking Lunge L arm (50/35)
20 Alt Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
FrameWork: Scale weight and stay with OH movements or stay at same weight and do DB goblet squats, Walking Lunge, and Snatches. If you scale weight and do second option, that will be FW- designation.
LeanFit: 4 rounds- 800m run (scale to row or 400m, if needed), 30 air squats, 20 lunge steps, 10 burpees.
