RX: Feet start on the ground and must get your nose to the wall on the wall walks

FrameWork: Modify wall walks by not going up all the way, reduce weight on deadlift as needed, step overs ok

LeanFit: AMRAP of 5 box step ups, 10 kb lunges, 15 kb swings. you choose a manageable weight (go for weighted step ups at the beginning if desired)
