**Spend 10-15 minutes focusing on Bar Muscle Up technique

WOD: "I-WOD"

4 Rounds:

50ft OH Walking Lunge (53/35)

20 DB Snatch (53/35)

50ft OH Walking Lunge (53/35)

5 Bar Muscle Up

(13 minute cap)

FW: Reduce weight as needed; Sub Burpee Jumping Pullups or Banded/Jumping Bar Muscle Ups (Reduce reps as needed)
