What are some of your goals in and outside of CrossFit?
First, to earn my bachelor's degree in GIS (Geographic Information System), graduate school for the same major and getting a GIS contracting job.
Describe your diet?
Currently, small portions of protein/carbs with large vegetarian portions. But, I adjust depending on the WOD programming and weather temp.
Little or no sugar for 4-5 days.
