Strength/Technique: Take 18 min to find a 1 rep max power snatch AND squat snatch. Squat snatch must be FULL depth... so if you can only do the pvc pipe due to mobility issues that's your score. We will be focusing on overhead position and mobility throughout this cycle so give yourself an honest starting score. 

LeanFit: 100/75 cal for time on the assault bike (don't worry, everyone else will be doing it this week as well)
