Conditioning Test: 100/75 Cal Assault Bike for Time

Coaches will let athletes choose cards to determine order on Assault Bike. Push hard and make it hurt!

Strength: While others are doing AB, find 5RM double overhand Snatch Grip TNG deadlift. 

LeanFit: Skip both of the above workouts and do
