Retest week is here!!! We are at the end of our Clean Cycle and we will be retesting some of our lifts and workouts. We will retest our 1 rep max squat clean today, our 3 rep touch and go power clean on Thursday, andwe will be retesting our conditioning test (75 Bar Facing Burpees) on Wednesday!
