Front Squat
E2MOM x 4 sets
5 reps @ 60%
5 reps @ 65%
5 reps @ 70%
5 reps @ 70%

LeanFit Endurance:
3 sets of 5:00 for total distance w/ 2 minute rest between sets:
*Athletes choice of run, row, ski, or bike (Must stay with same throughout sets)
