Back Squat

8 reps @ 65%
8 reps @ 70%
6 reps @ 80%
6 reps @ 85%

Front Squat: E2MOM x 4 sets
5 reps @ 70%
5 reps @ 75%
5 reps @ 80%
5 reps @ 85%

LeanFit Endurance:
3 sets of 5:00 for total distance w/ 2 minute rest between sets:
*Athletes choice of run, row, ski, or bike (Must stay with same throughout sets)
