Baseline Test: Perform as many STRICT Chest to bar Pull-ups as possible in 90 seconds.
*You may use a band. We will split the class in half and judge eachother. Give no reps if the athletes chest does not physically touch the bar below the collar bone or if they hinge at the hips or knees to gain momentum. Note which band you use as this will be a retest at the end of the cycle.
