2 Rope Climbs

FW: scale weight as needed, perform 1 rope climb or scale to 3 rope raise and lowers per 1 rope climb rep

LF: sub goblet squat for OHS and KB SDHP for barbell. perform 4 rope raise and lowers for rope climbs each round
