At Home WOD: “Still Movin”
4 rounds: (30-minute cap)
400m Run
50 Box Jumps or 100 tuck jumps
30 Odd Object Squat Cleans (Use anything from Med balls to a jug of water)
**It would be smart to measure out 400m (.25 miles) in your area. You can use map my run or drive it with a car. If you want to estimate that will be fine too. If you happen to be in an area where you can't run, then you can sub mountain climbers for the run.
