BWCF Notes:
We will be having a modified scheduling for our Memorial Day Murph. We will be having class times at 7:00am, 9:00am, and 6:00pm. All social distancing procedures will still be followed and we ask you all to do your part in making it a safe and fun experience for all.
That being said, Murph is a beast of a workout. We want to encourage all participants to go about this workout in a safe manner, especially since many of you are only a week back into your training. I have included a few different "Murph-like" options for you to choose from:

For Time:
*With a 20lb weighted vest complete:
1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
FW: Complete unweighted
"Partner Murph"
For Time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
**Partners run together and then split the reps as needed.
"Modified Murph"
For Time:
800m Run
50 Bend Over Rows
100 Pushups
150 Air Squats
800m Run
**Options to modify run are always available.
