Conditioning:

Death by…..Thrusters! (95/65)

  • Starting with 5 reps, adding one rep every round fro 11 minutes

  • For every round not completed, add 1 burpee EMOM in the WOD

  • 12 Power Snatch (95/65)

  • 60 Double Unders

RX: Must go 95/65 on Thrusters in conditioning, as well as get at least 3 rounds in the WOD
