  • 12 Hang Cleans (115/85)

  • 18 Back Rack Stationary Luges (115/85)

Note…If an athlete breaks during a movement they must immediately do a burpee. Each additional break they must add a burpee. Ie 1st break = 1 burpee. 2nd break = 2 burpees, etc. Transitions between movements are not considered breaks. Hang on kids!
