*Both partners must complete the above. While one partner is working on the machines, the other must hold their bodyweight in the front rack position, or 75% if FW. Calories ONLY count while partner is holding the barbell in the front rack position.

*If at any point the barbell is dropped/re-racked, 25 synchro air squats before you can continue
