Goal: Complete in the 6-8 minute range. The weight should be heavy-ish. Front squats start from the ground and should be a weight you can perform 6-10 reps at a time of. Shoulder to Overhead should be in the 4-7 rep range. Squat cleans in singles.
RX: Finish in 6-8 minutes

LF: AMRAP 9: 10 Goblet squats 15 KB swings, 20 push-ups. EMOM starting at 0:00, 15 air squats.
