Goal: Optional partner challenge. Be the faster rabbit! (Lol) This is a longer aerobic piece so the goal is to move at a pace you can consistently maintain. You should be able to control your breathing while maintaining a high work output. If you can’t perform the DB movements unbroken, let’s reduce the weight on those bad boys today. You have the choice to squad up with a homie and throw down r with a race. One partner starts on the bike, the other on the run.
