WOD: “Sun’s Out, Gunz Out”

For time:

1 Mile Run Buy In (#MarathonMay, ayy)

3 Bar Muscle Ups

7/5 Assault Bike Calories

12 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (53/35)

Max distance run in time remaining

FW: RWAN, sub 3 of your hardest pulls

LF: Sub Double DB Push Press

Goal/Stimulus: This is going to be a tough one to finish, but those of you that do get an extra bonus run at the end ;) Your first mile should be at about a 75-85% effort of your 1 mile PR pace. Upon completing that mile, you should be able to stay steady and grind through your 10 rounds. You will either have a rounds + reps score, or a max distance ran after completing the 10 rounds for today. Feel free to break the runs however you see fit, 100’s, 200’s, 400’s, because you must be back inside the gym to get credit for that distance.
