Conditioning:

For time: 1 Mile Run, LET’S GO BABYYYY!!!!

WOD: “Taboo”

In teams of 2, 4 Rounds each, alternating

200m Run

12 Single Arm Dumbbell Devils Press(50/35)

4 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24”/20”)

*Partner 1 works on completing their round while Partner 2 completes max calories on Assault Bike, then switch. Do not reset the bike between partners! You will have two scores today; total time & total calories.

Notes: We are looking for PR times on this mile run today. Don’t start out too hot out the gate and make sure you are breathing! Focus on lengthening those strides & SEND ITTTTT when you get to the gas station!! The WOD requires somebody to be biking the whole time so I recommend staying at a moderate RPM (60ish for the fellas, 50+ for the ladies) and hold on until it’s time for you to do your round. You have 2:45 a round to finish in the time cap today.
