Skill: E1.5MOMx8 (12 min)
Rope Climb Work. Split class up into groups of 2. Each group can get 1.5 min of work/instruction at the double ropes in the middle. Then that group goes to the single rope in the back and does 1 climb each. Run 200m then come back to middle.
